2015-08-20 A local photographer friend, Stephen DesRoches, asked me if I would help him document his media flight with the RCAF Snowbirds. Of course I said YES. It involved 2 full days of following him through the process of medical checks, equipment fittings, emergency procedures, and a full briefing with the Snowbird pilots.

On day 3 of this adventure, we were at the Slemon Park airport for the ATLANTIC CANADA INTERNATIONAL AIR SHOW.
The former RCAF Summerside Air Base is an ideal spot for an airshow and it was great to have it back here again. My album of that event includes images of static displays, a Jet truck race, parachuting, SAR helicopter, amazing aerobatics from various performers, and finally the world famous Snowbirds.
